The 2025 Factory Edition model is complete with new graphics, which are inspired by what the Rockstar Energy GASGAS Factory Racing Team will run throughout 2025. The Rockstar Energy branding and the overall look is guaranteed to turn heads. And just like in previous years, the graphics are applied using in-mold technology for a long lasting, super-fresh finish. Also, included with each MC 450F Factory Edition is a set of #51 decals. So, if you're a Justin Barcia fan, you can go full Bam Bam!

FACTORY SEAT

A new, all red, full gripper seat cover tops off the bike perfectly and provides maximum control no matter how gnarly the conditions become. Color-matched to the plastics and graphics, the seat cover definitely plays a vital role in making sure this bike looks the business.

BODYWORK

This Factory Edition's bodywork not only looks awesome, but it helps you to ride awesome too! A modern rider triangle makes your movement on the bike super easy and with plenty of touch points for gripping the bike with your legs, you'll benefit from reduced fatigue, which means increased riding time. The front fender houses the GPS sensor on top so that you can record your lap times and find the fastest lines around any track once you've downloaded GASGAS+ onto your smartphone. Trust us, this tech is a real game changer!

HANDLING

Frame

Engineered with a calculated amount of flex, the frame makes the MC 450F Factory Edition a dream to ride, ensuring straight-line stability and unrivalled agility. Like all GASGAS dirt bikes, it's finished with an electronic red powder coating, which is incredibly durable and ensures a clean, long-lasting finish. Different to the standard bike, the motor mounts, which contribute to the bike's handling, are anodized black to add a touch of color. At the rear of the bike, the strong aluminum subframe compliments the frame and overall chassis as its low weight plays a vital role in centralizing mass.

SWINGARM

Manufactured using a special casting process and designed to perfectly match the frame’s flex characteristics, the swingarm is super light. At the rear, the chain guide prevents mud build-up while its rounded design helps the bike glide through deep ruts if the tack gets gnarly!

Suspension

Up front, the proven 48mm WP XACT forks offer easy adjustment through a single air pressure preload valve, as well as click adjusters for the compression and rebound settings. Holding the forks securely in place are the CNC-machined and red anodized aluminum triple clamps that offer two offset options, 20mm or 22mm, for a customized set-up. Like the forks, the WP XACT rear shock is fully adjustable too, with the rebound and high and low speed compression settings all fine-tuned by hand. Put simply, it's super-easy to dial in this Factory Edition dirt bike!

BREMBO BRAKES

It’s all well and good having a super-fast dirt bike, but even the fastest riders need to slow down from time to time! This is why we’ve fitted a race-tested Semi-floating Front Disc up front, to ensure incredible stopping power and to make sure you hit your line through every corner. And for continued performance, it’s protected by a Factory Racing Brake Disc Guard made from lightweight and strong 2K carbon composite. At the rear, a strong brake pedal improves durability while a Brembo caliper and a brake disc designed exclusively for GASGAS takes care of business.

DRIVE TRAIN

It’s only right that the rear Factory Wheel has a black anodized aluminum sprocket to replicate the race team look. In addition, a gold chain looks the business and lasts way longer than a traditional chain.

Factory Skid Plate

Fitting neatly around the underside of the 450cc motor, the Factory Skid Plate offers incredible protection from rocks, roost, and will stop just about anything from damaging the motor out on the track. This carbon-reinforced engine shield extends around both sides of the motor.

WP Factory Start Device

To help you grab all-important holeshots, we've included a Factory Start Device with every MC 450F Factory Edition, which can be installed just where you like it. Then all you need to do is lock it in, wait for the gate drop, and Get On The Gas!

FUEL TANK

Exclusive to the Factory Edition models is the smaller fuel tank. Holding 1.84 gallons (7 liters) instead of over 2 gallons (7.9 liters), weight is saved by the smaller design and the reduced capacity. An additional benefit is slightly improved cooling as air now flows much more freely through the radiators.

DUNLOP GEOMAX MX34 TIRES

We've fitted our Factory Edition bikes with the best tires out there - Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 - front and rear! The latest rubber from the legendary tire brand provides serious stability at speed while making sure you can get in and out of every corner with confidence. Maximum grip is guaranteed thanks to the modern tread pattern that sheds dirt easily while the durability is unrivaled thanks to a special rubber compound.

PROTAPER HANDLEBAR

With countless AMA Supercross, Pro Motocross, and MXGP titles to their name, it's safe to say that ProTaper knows a thing or two about building championship-winning handlebars. The bend you'll find on this Factory Edition model is motocross-specific for maximum comfort while the black anodized finish adds to the unmistakable look of this very special dirt bike. Topping the 'bars off is the matching ProTaper bar pad that's there to cushion heavy impacts should you go a bit too long, or a little bit too short, on big jumps.

FMF FACTORY SILENCER

Not only does it look the business with its blue-anodized titanium body and trick carbon fiber end cap, but the FMF Factory 4.1 RCT silencer really makes this bike bark! As Technical Accessories go, it's clear to see why FMF Factory 4.1 RCT silencers are so popular.

FACTORY RACING WHEEL SET

For a race-team inspired look, this Factory Edition is complete with a Factory Racing Wheel Set. At the center of the wheels, the hubs are CNC-machined from aluminum then anodized black. Then they're laced to super strong, black EXCEL Takasago rims with quality spokes and black spoke nipples. They're not only easy on the eye, but they're also really low in weight, helping to minimize unsprung weight for a lighter handling feel.

ELECTRONICS

CONNECTIVITY UNIT OFFROAD (CUO)

Riders can customize their Factory Edition dirt bike like never before when they link up the new Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) with the GPS sensor and the GASGAS+ app on their smartphone. The app is loaded with features allowing the power delivery to be tailored to suit your style, engine braking can be adjusted, and you can even refine the sensitivity of the Quickshifter. Additionally, riders can input their weight and the app will show recommended suspension settings, which means less time in the pits, and more time on the track! And when you’re done riding, the Rider section of the app lets you analyze how you’ve ridden and how many laps you’ve done. And, it even logs your lap times and adds your fastest lap to a virtual leaderboard. Pretty cool, right?

MAP SELECT SWITCH

Customize the power delivery to suit your style with the Map Select Switch. With a simple press of a button, you can choose from either the stock map for a smooth and controllable power delivery, or the aggressive map for those who like a harder hit. Using the switch, you’ll also be able to activate traction control for slippery circuits, launch control for nailing perfect starts, and the quickshifter for super-smooth upshifts, even when you’re wide open!

QUICKSHIFT

Ideal for heavy track conditions, the Quickshift allows for super-smooth upshifting from second gear upwards - even when wide open and without the need to use the clutch! It’s super easy to activate on the Map Select Switch.

LAUNCH CONTROL

Getting you out in front at the start of every race, Launch Control delivers maximum traction from the moment you drop the clutch and Get On The Gas! To activate, simply press the traction control and quickshift buttons at the same time while the motor is idling then get ready to hold on tight!

TRACTION CONTROL

When riding hardpack or other slippery circuits, activating Traction Control will make things so much easier. If the RPM picks up too quickly, it works by harnessing the power to maintain forward momentum, even in the slickest conditions.
