GasGas North America Impresses At ISDE In Chile

Competing against 106 other teams, GasGas North America team riders Travis Coy, Tyler Vore and Trent Whisenant came away with an impressive sixth place finish in the Club Award at this year’s International Six Day Enduro in Viña del Mar, Chile.

Individually, Coy was 18th overall out of 857 club riders, while Vore was 22nd, and Whisenant was 42nd. The finishes were particularly impressive considering the difficult conditions of the race, which saw the riders fighting extreme dust and wind during the course of the six day event. Averaging 125 miles of trail per day, this year’s event  featured a mixture of sandy coastal riding and rocky forestry terrain, however unseasonably dry conditions led to the difficult dusty conditions. Making up for the first five days of dusty trail was the final day motocross, which was held on a beautify sandy course set within sight of the pacific ocean, just north of the picturesque city of Viña del Mar.
